Payment:
We welcome VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Delivery Guarantee:
We guarantee arrival in perfect condition to the addresses given on your orders. To ensure delivery before Purim, orders must be received no later than MARCH 11, 2008 .

Special Orders:
Corporate accounts are our specialty! Our distinctive Shalach Manos make unique and thoughtful gifts for your clients or supporters. Volume discounts available.

Substitutions:
Occasional substitution is sometimes necessary on packaging or content. Quality will never be compromised.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Service and quality are our hallmarks. Our entire collection is strictly Kosher & Pas Yisroel. Items are Parve or Cholov Yisroel as noted.

Return Policy / Customer Satisfaction
Our goal is your satisfaction! www.purimbaskets.org will, within reason and ability, resolve customer satisfaction issues as quickly as possible. Our customer service phone number is 1-800-92-PURIM. After the Purim season you may call 703 426-1980.

Issues must be reported via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Claims for orders returned because of incorrect recipient shipping information submitted by the customer will not be honored. It is a customer’s responsibility to provide www.purimbaskets.org with correct shipping information.

We do not guarantee delivery in time for Purim for any product ordered after March 11, 2008. We also have limited quantities of many items. Once these items are sold-out, we are not able to obtain more of those specific items in time for Purim.

If an item arrives broken, we will replace it to the best of our ability. As some items sell-out, we may make substitutions.

While we do our best to make sure you and your friends/family receive order(s) in a timely manner, we rely on UPS for professional delivery service. Although rare, UPS does occasionally have delivery issues. If UPS attempts delivery and fails, www.purimbaskets.org will not be held responsible.

www.purimbaskets.org may substitute food items of equal or better value depending upon availability.
